With our Gift Subscriptions, you can give your loved ones the gift of choice or a specific product. Here’s how it works:

• Customisable Notifications: Choose when an email will notify your recipient about their gift.
• Support for All Budgets: Your gift will be received as credits and the recipient can use them against the product you chose or the product they would rather try.
• Multi-Currency Friendly: Perfect for gifting across borders with compatibility for multiple currencies.

How It Works:

1. Choose the product and the collagen journey amount of days you would like to gift.
2. Fill in the recipient’s name and email, along with an optional personalised message, sender’s name and date that the gift will be sent on.
3. Once the recipient receives their gift email, they’ll follow a link to redeem their gift in the customer portal.
4. The recipient can choose their preferences: product quantity, delivery frequency, and even the start date for their order.

Gift a Skipped Shipment: A Spontaneous Act of Kindness

If you’re skipping your next scheduled order, why not turn it into a thoughtful gift? With the Gift a Skipped Shipment option, you can effortlessly brighten someone’s day.

How It Works:

1. If you choose to skip your next queued order, you need to log into your account, go to “Manage subscription” and then click on “Skip” and then “Gift this order” if you’d like to gift the shipment instead.
2. Simply provide the recipient’s name and email.
3. The original order is skipped, and a one-time shipment is sent to the recipient at the same charge date.
4. Optionally, send an email confirmation to let the recipient know they’re receiving a surprise gift.
5. Once the order is created, your customer portal will display the gifted item as a one-time shipment, along with the recipient’s address.
