At Revive Collagen, delivering exceptional quality and service is at the heart of what we do. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our team and we will always do our best to support you.
Returns
For most products purchased online, you have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order and receive a refund.
However, our drinkable collagen products are ingestible supplements. For health, safety and quality control reasons, once these products have left our control, we are unable to accept returns. The statutory right to change your mind does not apply to ingestible goods. We take great care in formulating and producing our collagen. As with all food supplements, we are unable to restock or resell products once they have been dispatched.
If we have processed your order in error, or if you contact us before midnight on the day prior to your upcoming subscription order date and we fail to action your request, we will of course review this and assist accordingly. In these circumstances, please contact us via our Help Centre.
Order Cancellations
Due to the speed at which orders are picked and dispatched, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. If you need assistance with a subscription order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always try to help where we can
